sigma-lab-postgres ("the application") is a personal backup utility operated by a single individual for their own use. It is not offered to the public, sold, or provided as a service to anyone else. These terms govern use of the application by its operator and by anyone who is explicitly granted access to it.
The application creates archives of a self-hosted PostgreSQL database and uploads them to a folder in the authorizing user's Google Drive account. It removes archives it created once they pass the configured retention window.
You may authorize the application only against a Google account you own or are permitted to use for this purpose. You may not use the application to store unlawful content or to circumvent Google's own terms, quotas, or policies.
The application runs on personal hardware and is provided with no guarantee of uptime, durability, or successful completion of any given backup. Backups may fail without notice. You should not rely on it as the sole copy of important data.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any data loss, corruption, service interruption, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
You may stop using the application at any time by revoking its access from your Google Account permissions page. The operator may discontinue the application at any time.
